- Login to Usertools with your username and password
- Under Advanced Options, click Email notification preferences

Place a checkmark in the box labeled
- "From time to time, RCN may send you email notices about FREE offers, NEW products and promotions. If you do not wish to receive these notices, check this box."
- "From time to time, RCN may send you email notices about FREE offers, NEW products and promotions. If you do not wish to receive these notices, check this box."
- Click the Commit changes button
- Login to Usertools with your username and password
