Resolution Steps

    4 Tuners, 2 Tuners, Single Tuners, and Minis on TiVo Experience 3
     
    • Go to TiVo Central | Settings & Messages | Remote Control, CableCARD & Devices | TiVo Box Name

    4K 6 Tuners, 6 Tuners , 4K Minis, and Minis on TiVo Experience 4
     
    • Go to TiVo Home | left arrow to Menu | Remote Control, CableCARD & Devices | TiVo Box Name
      (see steps)

  • Choose a name from the list, or choose enter your own name

    • If choosing your own name, select Use this name when done and press Enter

  • Force Connect the TiVo for the new name to appear
