Forgot Email Address Used when Registering for TiVo My Account

     
    • Click the Email address not on file link below the Sign In button on the My Account page

    • Follow the onscreen instructions on the Add My Email Address to My Account page

    • If you are still having difficulty, please contact Grande Customer Service at 1-866-247-2633 (1-866-2GRANDE)
 

Forgot Password I for TiVo My Account

     
    • Click the Forgot your Password? link below the Sign In button on the My Account page

    • Enter the email address used to register on the Send Me My Password page to send a temporary password to that email address

      • If you have a Spam blocker, adjust the settings so emails from tivo.com are allowed

    • Copy and paste the temporary password on the My Account login screen with no spaces before or after the password

    • Enter a new permanent password when prompted
 

Received Multiple Temporary Password Emails or a Temporary Password Email that wasn't Requested

     
    • The Submit button may have been clicked more than once when requesting a temporary password

    • There may be someone else in the household who requested a temporary password (spouse, son, daughter, roommate, etc.)

    • Try to log in to My Account using the most recently sent temporary password

    • If this password does not work, please contact Grande customer service at 1-866-247-2633 (1-866-2GRANDE)
 

Entering the Pass Phrase for the TiVo My Account Online

     
    • In the email from TiVo, click on the link and enter the pass phrase to set up a password for your TiVo My Account online
